From origin
We review each producer's documentation and, where needed, audit them ourselves or through a third-party provider. Origin confirmed in every offer, and the producer's batch is linked to your lot.
Through logistics
The lot is tracked as it moves through our partner network, from the producer via U.S. or EU stock to your door. Lot-linked records follow your order.
To your door
COA and lot number with every delivery. Specification with every offer; SDS, allergen and other statements on request.
If a lot is questioned
The lot record lets us trace it back to the producer's batch within minutes.
FSMA 204
Buyers want lot records now.
FDA will not enforce the Food Traceability Rule (FSMA 204) before July 20, 2028. Many buyers already ask for lot-level records today. Lot-linked COAs and records on every line make that easy.
